Bekesbourne with Patrixbourne Parish Council
The Parish Council currently has two vacancies for the role of Parish Councillor and invites applications from members of the community who wish to contribute to local governance and decision-making.
One vacancy has arisen recently, and the formal Notice of Vacancy is available to view under the Councillor Vacancies section of this website. A further vacancy also remains open.
Serving as a Parish Councillor provides an opportunity to represent the interests of residents, participate in shaping local services, and support the continued development of the parish. No prior experience is required; however, a commitment to public service and an interest in local matters are essential.
Further information on the vacancies and the application process can be found in the relevant section of the website or by contacting the Parish Clerk.

We’re pleased to share that Bekesbourne with Patrixbourne Parish Council has successfully installed and registered a new defibrillator at Chalkpit Farm ❤️🩹
The unit is located on the outer wall at the gated entrance and is available 24 hours a day for public use ⏰ It has also been registered with The Circuit, helping ensure emergency services can direct people to it quickly when needed 🚑
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the owners of Chalkpit Farm for kindly providing the location for this vital community asset 🙏
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Alan Taylor, Managing Director of One Call Electrical Services, for his generous support in installing the defibrillator free of charge ⚡🙏
This is an important step in supporting the safety and wellbeing of our community 💚
